SwissCareerPath was created to support professionals navigating high-stakes career transitions in Switzerland — where hiring is conservative, expectations are implicit, and mistakes are costly.

My work is grounded in senior HR leadership experience within multinational organisations, with extensive exposure to Pharma, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, and global corporate environments.

My background — why this matters

I have spent years working inside multinational organisations — not advising them from the outside. I’ve led HR work across corporate, regional, and country contexts, in environments where hiring is risk-aware, expectations are implicit, and stakeholder dynamics matter as much as performance.

My experience includes work across sectors such as:
• Pharma and Life Sciences
• FMCG and food
• Manufacturing and industrial environments
• Retail and commercial organisations
• Corporate and HQ roles in multinational companies

Across these contexts, the patterns are consistent: matrix decision-making, conservative hiring behaviours, and “unspoken rules” that disproportionately affect international profiles.

I hold Master's degrees in Law, Human Resource Management, Psychology, and Neuroscience of Mental Health. My mission is to empower individuals through career transitions with HR expertise, stressfree solutions, and cost-efficient services. With over two decades of leadership experience in Corporate HR at leading global organizations including Novartis, Abbott, Moderna, GSK, DSM/Roche, Mattel, and CSM, my expertise lies in Outplacement and Career-Coaching.
